Hi, I am Mieke Maria, a professional massage therapist with +15 years experience. My passion for 'bodywork' stems from my background within the field of Creative Movement Art such as Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation, Martial Arts as well as Somatic Coaching and healing modalities such as Body-Mind Centering®, Qi Gong, breathwork & more.

I love to enrich my sessions with Essential Oil Therapy as it is a delicious way to enjoy the power of natural medicine. The oils I use contain highly concentrated, full spectrum extracts originating from spices, flowers, fruits, leaves, barks, seeds, roots,... The rich and therapeutic properties of the essential oils help your body to restore health. I also apply holistic Ayurvedic Massage techniques and acknowledge the Ayurvedic system of 'doshas' (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) which can affect your wellbeing.

Each session is UNIQUE & CUSTOMISED. Depending on your needs, a session can be a personalised combination out of the variety of treatments as listed below. Full Body Immersion:

An Ayurvedic Foot reflexology massage (Padabhyanga) in combination with a head and hand massage. Pressure points are stimulated which promotes the flow of energy (prana) through your body. Facial Treatment:

A fabulous facial treat combining vitalising acupressure techniques with deeply cleansing and nurturing home made cosmetics such as a hemp seed exfoliator, a rose & geranium clay mask as well as a toner, a serum and a moisturiser. Surrender to a delightful finishing touch with Gua Sha Rose Quartz.

Soothing Foot Ritual:
